In an interview with SFC, Andrew Criezis, the President of E-Commerce amp; SMB at NIQ, shared his insights on the question of how to help SMEs in China that have grown on the internet. He emphasized the importanceof an omni-channel approach to long-term growth, considering both online and in-store purchases to capture the full consumer wallet.
When talking about innovation, he noted, "What's truly amazing now, what I've seen in China, is just the pace of innovation around, new flavors, new adaptations coming to products." He predicts that AI will continue to be a significant force in driving innovation, creating new product experiences, and expanding into new categories.
